100g Macaroni
200g Medium Prawns (remove shell)
50g Mozarella Cheese


30g (mixed with 250ml water) UNISOY™ Soy Milk Powder
20g Unsalted Butter
15g Low Protein Flour
2tsp Garlic
20g Onion

½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Chicken Stock Powder
A little Black Pepper Powder

  1. Put macaroni in hot water with a little sea salt and cook for about 10 mins. Drain the water.
  2. Melt butter in a hot wok and cooked minced onion and garlic until fragrant, then add low protein flour until the colour changes. Add prawns, when cooked, add the seasoning ingredients. Lastly slowly add in soya milk and cook evenly.
  3. Switch off flame and mix in the macaroni.
  4. Transfer (3) into a baking plate, top it with shredded cheese and then bake it at 230°C for 8 mins until it turns golden brown.
