100ml Water
40ml Palm Syrup
100ml Ice

100g Palm Sugar
100g White Sugar
100g Water
2 tbsp Coffee Essence

  1. To prepare palm syrup: Melt all palm syrup ingredients, strain and cool.
  2. Combine water and UNISOY™, then add all ingredients and blend at high speed for 1 min in a food blender.
