You need to make sure to choose clam that is closed tightly, meaning it is alive. The clam with shell open are dead, and seafood tastes the best when cooking fresh. All you had to do is stir fry for a few minutes, and you can use Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce if you prefer spicy.
