Stir fry clam

Our first dish with Abalone Sea Sauce is an oriental dish, stir fry clam. We choose this dish because my family loves shelled seafood and especially clams. Clam is inexpensive and tastes exquisite with this Abalone Sea Sauce Recipe.

You need to make sure to choose clam that is closed tightly, meaning it is alive. The clam with shell open are dead, and seafood tastes the best when cooking fresh. All you had to do is stir fry for a few minutes, and you can use Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce if you prefer spicy.

Fish lovers are always particular with fish dishes and especially steamed fish. Steamed fish is a skilled dish and can taste fishy if cooked improperly. The fresh savoury flavour of steam fish has enhanced with this Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce Recipe.

A fresh fish should look shiny and not feel slimy. Lightly touch the fish meat to test its freshness and if it bounces back when pressed. The fish should be scaled and took out of the refrigerator around 15mins before steaming.
