Our first dish with Abalone Sea Sauce is an oriental dish, stir fry clam. We choose this dish because my family loves shelled seafood and especially clams. Clam is inexpensive and tastes exquisite with this Abalone Sea Sauce Recipe.
You need to make sure to choose clam that is closed tightly, meaning it is alive. The clam with shell open are dead, and seafood tastes the best when cooking fresh. All you had to do is stir fry for a few minutes, and you can use Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce if you prefer spicy.

Ingredients
- One teaspoon (tsp) Kansom Australia Abalone Sea Sauce
- 300g Clam
- 5g Chilli
- 5g Basil leaves
- 20g Garlic
- 2 Tablespoon (tbsp)Salt
- 3 Tablespoon (tbsp) Olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Sesame oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon (tbsp) sugar
Easy recipes of stir fry clam
Step 1. Put clam in a large bowl of clean water and dissolve salt into the water. Add 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and keep the clam immerse for 2 hours. These will make the clam cleaner and helping to spit out more sand.
Step 2. Clean and slice the chilli. Chop and dice the garlic and basil leaves.
Step 3. Heat the wok and add 3 tbsp of olive oil into the wok. Stir fry the garlic and chilli until aromatic.
Step 4. Add in the cleaned clam and cover with a wok lid until the clams open up. You will need to add abalone sea sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add in the basil leaves, sugar, pepper and stir fry for another 1 minute.
Step 5. You can dish out to serve clam and garnish with basil leaves.
NOTES
There are many types of clam, and you can use any of your favourite clams to make this dish.
Chicken fried rice

Easy recipes of chicken fried rice with Abalone Sea Sauce
Step 1. Mix the egg white, salt and cornstarch together and set aside.
Step 2. Dice the spring onions and mixed vegetables of your choice.
Step 3. Slice the chicken breast, season lightly with salt and pepper
Step 4. In a large non-stick wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir fry (to set aside for later use).
Step 5. Return wok to medium-high heat. Add in the mixed vegetables and saute for 1 minute. Add the egg to centre to scramble, then adding spring onion to stir fry. Combine with egg white, salt and cornstarch (step 1).
Step 6. Return chicken (step 3) along with rice and add one teaspoon of Abalone sea sauce. Mix well together in the wok to serve and garnish with crackers.
NOTES
You can also use other ingredients like seafood or ham with Abalone Sea Sauce to enjoy different fried rice.

Ingredients
- 200g Beef Fillet
- 200g Onion
- 2 Teaspoon (tsp) Kansom Australia Abalone Sea Sauce
- 1/2 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Cornstarch water
- Pinch Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon (tsp) Sugar
- Pinch Sesame Oil
- 2 Teaspoon (tsp) Oil
Easy recipes of beef fillets with Abalone Sea Sauce
Step 1. Cut fillet into strips (approximate 5cm x 1cm). You can mix the fillet with 1 tsp of Abalone sea sauce, 1/2 egg, 1 tsp cornstarch and a pinch of black pepper. Marinate for 90 minutes in the fridge.
Step 2. Have the onion skin and slice into long strips. Prepare cornstarch water for later use.
Step 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add beef fillets and stir fry to medium over medium heat (to set aside for later use).
Step 4. Add the onion strips and stir fry until soft. Return the beef fillets to the wok. Combine with 1 tsp of Abalone sea sauce, sugar and a pinch of black pepper. Stir fry well.
Step 5. Add the cornstarch water (step 2) and sesame oil until sauce thickens. To serve, remove from wok and serve on a plate.
NOTES
The marinating will be making the beef soft for stir fry and more flavoursome.
Fried Pomfret
There are different Pomfrets, and the best for this dish is the Black Pomfret. The meat is firmer and great for frying, so the outside is crispy while the inside remains tender and moist.

Ingredients
- 1 Pomfret (400g)
- 3g Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Kansom Australia Abalone Sea Sauce
- Salt
- 2 Tablespoon (tbsp) oil
Easy recipes of fried Pomfret with Abalone Sea Sauce
Step 1. Clean the Pomfret, and make three gashes on both sides. Spread salt on both sides.
Step 2. Clean and shred the ginger.
Step 3. Heat the wok and add in 2 tbsp of oil in high heat. Fry Pomfret until one side is done, for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4. Add in the ginger, soy sauce and Abalone sea sauce. Flip the Pomfret over to cook the other side until well cooked.
Step 5. To serve, arrange Pomfret on a plate along with the sauce.
NOTES
You can stir-fry more ginger or shredded vegetables for garnish, and this will increase the dish aroma.
Soup Noodles

- 30g Meatballs
- 300g Egg noodles
- 10g chopped coriander leaves and scallions

Step 1. Chopped parsley and scallions.
Step 2. Boil water to parboil the noodles and then drain.
Step 3. Add 2 cups of water in the wok, and cook over high heat until it boils. Add in the meatballs, Abalone Sea Sauce and a pinch of white pepper.
Step 4. Add in the noodles, chopped coriander leaves and scallions.
Step 5. To serve, remove from the wok and serve in a bowl.
NOTES
The best part of soup noodles is you can add other ingredients as you like, tofu, egg or vegetable, and it will match well.

Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce recipe
Steamed fish
Fish lovers are always particular with fish dishes and especially steamed fish. Steamed fish is a skilled dish and can taste fishy if cooked improperly. The fresh savoury flavour of steam fish has enhanced with this Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce Recipe.
A fresh fish should look shiny and not feel slimy. Lightly touch the fish meat to test its freshness and if it bounces back when pressed. The fish should be scaled and took out of the refrigerator around 15mins before steaming.

- 1 Garoupa (600g)
- Coriander leaves
- 4 Spring Onions
- 4 Slices of Ginger
- 1 Chilli
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Kansom Australia Abalone mild chilli Sea Sauce
- Pinch White pepper
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) Rice Wine
- 2 Teaspoon (tsp) Oil
Easy recipes of steamed fish with Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce
Step 1. Clean the Garoupa inside out and make two gashes on both sides.
Step 2. Clean and shred 2 of the spring onions, 2 of the slices of ginger and chilli.
Step 3. Arrange the remaining spring onions and slices of ginger, along with the Garoupa on a plate. Then spread the rice wine over. Place the plate in a wok, and steam over high heat for 13 minutes.
Step 4. Place the juice from the steamed fish in a wok. Combine with the Abalone mild chilli sea sauce and cook over medium heat until boiling. You can use a chopstick to pierce the fish before taking off the wok. The steamed fish is good to go if the chopstick goes through without resistance.
Step 5. Spread the new seasonings on the Garoupa. Sprinkle a pinch of white pepper and the shredded ingredients (see step 2) over the Garoupa.
Step 6. To serve, spread two teaspoons of hot oil and garnish with coriander.
NOTES
You can also use other fishes with Abalone Sea Sauce to enhance the savoury flavour of fish.

Scallop Sea Sauce Recipe
Prawn and Glass noodles
The glass noodles have a nice chewy and slippery texture, great at absorbing sauces and flavours. These ingredients are easy to prepare, and you can quickly cook this delicious seafood flavour recipe.

Ingredients
- 300g Prawn
- 2 Batches Glass noodles
- 30g Coriander Leaves
- 2g Sliced Ginger
- 30g Spring Onion
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 1/2 Tsp Kansom Australia Scallop Sea Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Rice Wine
- Pinch White Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 3 Tablespoon (tbsp) Olive Oil
Easy recipes of prawn and glass noodles with Scallop Sea Sauce
Step 1. Clean the prawns with the shells remove (to set aside for later use).
Step 2. Soak glass noodles in cold water for 20 minutes.
Step 3. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil into a wok. Fry together the sliced ginger, spring onion and garlic. Then add in the prawns (step 1), Scallop sea sauce, rice wine and white pepper, and stir fry for 1 minute.
Step 4. Add stock and cook over medium heat until it is boiling. Then add in glass noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5. To serve, garnish with Coriander leaves.
NOTES
Overcooking could let the glass noodle lose its chewy texture and absorbing all the sauce, so keep watch on the cooking timing.
